Battdoc: Why?
All battery monitoring systems measure and offer electrical parameters in terms of V, I, Z & T which is being interpreted by humans. The challenge here is that fewer and fewer people can interpret this electrical data effectively and take meaningful decisions.
Today’s battery monitoring systems are akin to giving the patients, their ECG, scan reports and expecting the patients to interpret the same and take the right medicines/surgery. One still needs a cardiologist who has to interpret the reports and advice/recommend.
Since battery monitoring is all about data mining and analysis (monitoring systems collect huge amount of battery data over a period), by having an Expert System and using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Battery Data can be interpreted and presented to the users in layman language like replace battery ‘X’, Plan for replacement of battery “Y” etc.

Battdoc: What?
Battdoc is a locale in the cloud (public / private) where people upload their battery data from the Battery Monitoring Systems (online & offline) and get recommendations online. Battdoc is brand agnostic. Once the BattDoc can get the data from the different monitoring systems, the interpretation, observation and recommendation are automated and fine-tuned.
Battdoc can be hosted on public / private cloud and can be integrated with the customer’s software infrastructure. Battdoc is so versatile that it can meet with requirements like using Mosquito Broker and handshaking with the Building Management System server, Integrating with I-frame, provide APIS, software hosts to group with Kubernetes with functionalities enabled like Kafka etc.

More value is derived out of the investments in the battery monitoring systems. Battery Expertise (Human assets) required to study and interpret the data is automated and Battery Expert on the cloud gives the recommendations and observations. Users get actionable insights into their batteries instead of alarms, graphs and reports.
